Miles away Dan Lu and his ninja struggle to keep the monster away as they fought with their swords against the monsters. They were constantly attacked by zombies trying to rip them to shreds, but none could touch them. Ggggff Far into the Wasted city, the air is heavy with the stench of Blood. Then suddenly a tornado surrounded by lightning streaks emerges from the sky declining slowly toward the ground until it touches the earth and disintegrates in the same manner that the blood had.On the ground, a man, dressed in silver armor, sits up. “Am I here?” he asked himself while scanning the wasted city that seemed to go on forever in every direction. He took a few steps forward but as his foot touched the ground something shot out from underneath him. It was like he was being thrown across the place by an unseen force but when his feet landed on the other side he realized he could still move. Entering right into the cafeteria, he meets with a few strangers who all surrounded a transparent table. “Would you mind knocking next time?“the male mumbles angrily. Once they were clear of the facility, the group let out a sigh of relief, “Thank god,” Kiara whispered with a shaky breath. Jade nodded silently and remained in his seat, trying not to think about what just happened. He glanced over at Kiara who seemed to be deep in thoughts herself. Lucy grabs a ninja swinging a sword by the ankle and twists, sending the attacker stumbling. She lands neatly on her feet and turns towards him, eyes narrowing as she assesses his skills. His grip is slightly slippery but not quite slippery enough for Lucy to be able to slip out of it without getting cut off from her momentum. Still, he’s better than her at hand-to-hand combat. He holds himself like someone who knows what they’re doing. The ninja glances at her before charging again, this time with more purpose in his swing. Lucy sidesteps, catching the edge of his blade and pulling herself into a tight spin before leaping over his head. The boy follows after her, spinning around just a moment too late and losing his footing. He hits the ground hard, grunting with pain and frustration. A glance back reveals that Lucy has landed behind him, crouched low like an old woman preparing to strike. She looks like the kind who would use such a move to catch her opponent off guard.
