Collin Phase 9

The silence dragged on, and the stranger stared at Collin for what felt like hours.

"Aren't you going to say anything?" Collin eventually broke the silence.

"Do you at I would say?"

"No..."

Silence once again reigned over the house.

The stranger walked past Collin, entering the dining room. Collin stayed in the kitchen, watching nervously as the stranger examined the drawers and cupboards that contained everything that they owned. The stranger found a map of the area near Collin's house and placed it on the table.

"Okay," he said in reply to an unasked question. "Tell me what happened."

Collin sighed deeply. He had hoped that they wouldn't involve his parents or his friends. Even after everything that had happened today, and despite his fear of dying tonight, he knew that he couldn't keep his family from finding out that the people responsible for this had almost certainly done something terrible to him.
