Joe walked back and forth in front of the hospital treatment room. At the moment, his heart was in turmoil because he had not been able to heed the sudden shock of seeing his wife collapse right in front of his eyes.

"Never mind, Joe. Jesslyn is just tired, she's fine. Don't worry too much about that woman, she does a lot of drama to get people's attention," Rosetta snorted, her eyes hurting from watching her son-in-law walking back and forth in front of her.

"Watch your mouth, Rosetta. Jesslyn is your daughter. How can you accuse your own daughter of such a lowly thing?" Ben was furious, his anger that had subsided after Joe's arrival at his house earlier bubbled up again because he was provoked when he saw his ex-wife's behavior which he considered very outrageous.

"What did I do wrong? I was just telling the truth," Rosetta defended. She snorted again, this time because she didn't like Ben's attitude that seemed to always beat her, even though she didn't feel wrong at all.
