Damien drove down the road heading towards the northern city, using a map to guide his way. He had a patient to attend to and a few more before the end of the day.

The corners of his lips curled up as he recalled the last conversation he had with Eleanor. She had gifted him a brand new SUV model car and paid him some amount of money, which he was sure would be enough to take care of everything he needed for a few months.

Her grandfather was getting better, but he never had a chance to see him. He promised to visit again when he got back to the South.

He drove into the city, which was busy as usual. It was a populous and industrious city, known for its beauty and busy nature.
