121: the D-Day II

Kai waved his white fan as he took to the sky. He made a quick twirl and then waved it towards the opponent. A wave of wind capable of bringing down a whole house blasted the young man and he flew off. Losing his balance, he fell backward and lost.

With his fan, Kai stood there looking at the young man afar. He was getting to his feet while he panted softly. When he finally did, he raised his eyes to meet Kai with a plain expression.

"Congratulations, you're accepted," Kai said as the young man's expression lit with a long smile that seemed to pop out of nowhere.

"Thanks... thanks... thank you!" The young man continued bowing in appreciation as Kai turned to look up at the board of judges.  They smiled.

"Young Man...come and get your admission scroll," One of the board of judges said as the man ran up to them, his movement was quick and rather miscalculated that he almost lost a step.
