The journey to the Forest wasn't such a hard one. Before long, the two young men had gotten to the forest as they strolled through its path.
Asura followed Kai behind, taking a close look at him. He was still bothered with the idea of Kai being blind!
But he was walking fluently and naturally! His movement was causal! How then is he blind?!
"Are you coming or gonna stand behind while looking at me?" Kai asked.
Asura quickly stepped forward to stand beside him. He took a close look at kai. ", Senior, Are you blind?"
Kai didn't look at him nor reply but kept on moving.
"But how can you be blind when you know everything, move and fight so well?!"
Kai finally stopped and then turned to Asura who had a close look at his blue eyes. "Maybe another fight between us will determine if I'm blind or not, what do you say?"
"No...no... I'm good to go...let's get going" Asura refused as he moved ahead. He didn't want to be dealt badly by Kai.
They moved on the side by side as Asura asked "So.. where are we going? And what training are we going to start with? Gaining my power? Martial Skil?" What?" Asura asked curiously.
"You have no spiritual core yet you seem more ambitious than people with it," Kai said moving ahead with both hands behind him.
"Yeah... I don't have any, but I believe I can change that with the right application and tool, right? Like your fan"
Kai stopped and looked at him" Then you have to hope on a miracle" He said and continued moving.
"I said I don't believe in miracles!" Asura snapped following Kai behind.
They had had a long walk through the forest and Asura was getting confused as to where they were going. "Where are we going?"
"Practice"
"What practice? And Where?"
"In the river"
"River? What does the river have to do with my practice?" Asura questioned but kai was mute.
Not long, they finally arrived at their destination.
It was a big River flowing down from a mountain. The river was a huge barrier between two sides of the forest.
Asura slowly walked up to the enchanting river that seemed to glitter. The gentle and melodic sound made by the river flowing down was heard in the long silence of the isolated Forest area.
Asura bent and ran a finger through the surface of the water which glittered" Wow... what's this? Some kind of magic water that'll improve my cultivation and magic when I drink from it?" He asked, looking back at Kai who just stood there.
"This is the Heart and mind steam" Kai replied walking up to Asura" The solemn Waterfall from the East rain mountain, A water that connects the mind and heart, it's simply regarding this as XinHe( Sindhu) (The heart river) "
Asura looked at him, confused "So is it gonna give me magic or not?" He asked.
"In summary...No..." Kai said "It's not a power-giving river...But one that' gives internal Peace"
"Boring" Asura said getting up "What's the point of it when it can't help me?"
"For one to merge with the world of Cultivation. He needs a calm soul... And this is a beginning" Kai said fanning his face with the fan.
Asura looked at the river" So what do I do? Drink it?"
A slight smile escaped Kai's lips" No...You stand on it"
Asura's eyes went wild in shock "What? Stand on it?! How Is that possible?. I don't have any powers how is it even possible I stand on that?!"
"That's your first lesson...A calm soul...shall conquer all. If you follow my words... Then you can do this" He set his hand fan behind him. "Watch carefully"
Kai slowly closed his eyes... inhaled and exhaled" Think....of avoid... Nothing...Ni existence...A world... Where nothing matters...Total emptiness" With that Kai took two steps ahead and then flew.
Asura carefully watched him as he flew gently towards the river and then gradually landed on the waters. He stood!
Asura was shocked watching him sit down in a Buddha Like position, his legs crossed. He then opened his eyes, looking towards the direction of Asura "Thinking... About nothing...even when you see something... That's the secret of getting your mind linked with your mind by the Heart river.."
Asura was amazed by this. This triggered his interest in" I'll try"
Asura slowly closed his eyes, inhaled, and exhaled. He tried all possible best to think of nothing, tried to see a void even If it seemed impossible! But he Tried.
It took like a minute before he got close to it and with that, he slowly walked up to the river. He placed feet and then another... And he stood on the water.
"Keep your eyes closed...See the void... immense attention..." Kai cautioned.
Asura tried all things possible...He kept the pace... Taking a step at a time... with his concentration intact...
He was later close to Kai as he flipped open his eyes. He smiled" Wow! I made it! Look! I'm walking on it! This means I can finally cultivate...."
Before he could finish his sentence, He suddenly lost it and slipped to fall into the water!
"Ah!" He exclaimed.
As he was about to fall, Kai, still sitting grabbed him by the hand and kept him Still. Asura panicked looking around. He looked down at Kai who was holding his legs.
"Sit" Kai urged as Asura slowly sat down In the same Buddha Like position.
"Am I finally doing it?" He asked looking at Kai.
"No...you opened your eyes and broke from the concentration," Kai explained.
"How come? You also have your eyes opened and talking" Asura questioned.
"You're an amateur, when you advance.. you'll learn the trick," Kai said "And no, you're not doing it, you're using my concentration bound...So be quiet and close your eyes in mediation" Kai said closing his eyes.
Asura slowly closed his eyes as well as the two men immersed into concentration. Asura, as determined as he was, tried all he could and blended.
Purple energy flowed through them in a spiral manner, glowing and increasing in energy.
Asura felt the power flowing and energy. He felt Alive!

Time went by so fast and the two men still sat there without knowing. They were already deep into the mediation that seemed to be energizing.
And just then, Kai felt something pass by through the night woods, immediately glowing blue eyes flipped open...
The moon hung poetically on a starry night. Calm and tranquil. Beneath the moon was the house of Master Lu who was sitting outside his corridor as usual. He had his scrolls before him on the table, and candlelight closes by. He was going through the characters, exquisitely written on the scrolls. Poems and we'll write sayings of knowledge. He went through the scrolls under the candlelight for a while and then looked up ahead. "How long do you plan on monitoring me. You've been here the whole morning, aren't you tired?" Master Lu asked. Then immediately, someone appeared with yellow fire dust announcing his entrance. The god of war walked up to Master Lu "You're brave enough not to run away this time. I wanted to see if you had an ace up your sleeves backing your bravery" A slight smile escaped Master Lu's lips. He looked down
There were precisely two mountains located in this little village. And the peach Tree mountain was one of them. The PeachTree mountain was relatively small and sloppy. It was more insignificant than the other larger mountain that' could be seen from distance away. The Peachtree mountain was situated in the deep forest which made it further and difficult to notice. It was an awkward and strange mountain as proclaimer by most. Legend had it that the Tree mountain was originally the stepping grounds of dead gods and immortals. The mountain by observation had no trace of trees or planets whatsoever. This was a strange omen to the people. But on a certain year when the gods were said to have descended on this mountain, A certain peach tree was said to have sprouted out miraculously. This was the origin of the name because till this day, no other tree had grown there and this peach tree remains there at the center of the mountain. &n
“Oh here! Come! Come and hear the Exclusive tale of the Evil general and his fair consort!" The Street was always so busy in the morning time. In this village where all strived for a means of business and survival, everyone was already out early the next morning, doing what they did best all to make a living. The storytelling sage stood before his cart of books with interested men and women gathering around him to hear what he had to say. Such people were intrigued by certain tales and there were bound to be people around to listen! The man rattled the tale for them, all watched with Great interest and awe! They seemed to be enjoying the tale. Asura walked through the street in his usual attire. He was looking around through the street watching as things went as always. Hopefully, he wouldn't be noticed and that was what he hoped for! He stopped by the storyteller's company
Asura stiffened, looking around cautiously. His heart had slightly begun skipping beats as the feeling of being watched increased and he felt like he saw someone passing by with great speed that it was hard to tell if it was human. He had the feeling of seeing shadows... Moving shadows creeped him out. Taking a look at the dead body again, he looked. The street was empty, this would give the attacker the chance to clean up a mess, and Asura didn't want to be one. He quickly walked out of the street as fast as he could and within minutes, he found himself in the busy street side filled with people and vendors. This was more active and perhaps, secure. But the feeling of being followed was still Haunting Asura. He moved ahead without thinking back and then made his way to the woodside. Asura was later walking through the forest. The night scenery of the lonely and serein
Where Asura was in was like a cave...a not so spacious cave that seemed normal except for the installations in it. The center of attention was the big statue of the red beast sitting in the Buddha Like position with staff in its hands. Red light can be seen glowing from this statue and this red light from it was what gave light to Cave which was red. Asura didn't look at the minor statues and symbolical objects hanging around In the cave. He seemed fascinated by the statue alone... The statue of the beast which had an rd-like nice and glowing red eyes sat there without movement. Asura looked at it and slowly walked up to it. He wondered what it was and then the urge to get closer and see entered! Asura walked and walked towards the beast and was now close enough to it. He looked at it closely. He hadn't seen anything like this all through his life and looking at the Plain b
"So what do you go about doing?" Asura was following Kai behind curiously as they strolled the busy street that morning. Kai walked Swiftly while fanning himself with his Classic fan. "Answer me...What do you do? Just strolling around or traveling the world?" He asked, more curious. "Why is that important to you?" Kai asked, still moving. "Of course it is. So I'll know what I'll be doing too" Asura stated. Kai didn't say anything again but continued moving. "Hot Rice cake! Buy your hot Rice cake!* Many activities were going on on the market side. like always, it was as busy as always. Buying, Selling and other means of business were what dominated the street. Asura admired the nicely cooked rice cake as he passed. His stomach was grumbling out of hunger but looking at his Stone-faced senior, he didn't think he'd be ea
Asura had beef on his mouth as he looked up at Kai, blinking in shock. What was he doing?! They were to keep a low profile, enjoy their meal and escape but did he have to do this?! The Chubby-looking man grinned his teeth in annoyance at Kai. "You... who are you!" He demanded. "Is that truly important?" Kai asked smoothly fanning himself with the fan. "You nobody! How are you judging me?! Do you know what I am?! Or do you not like your life?!" A smile slipped throw Kai's lips as he looked around" How can I Judge you...when all I say is a simple Truth? if you're annoyed by my words...Then leave". "How dare you!" The man seemed furious" Quickly! Get him!" He ordered his men. The group of followers quickly attached Kai at once. As they approached his direction intending to grab him, Kai stepped on the table he ate on and jumped over the men
It "Wow senior! You are great!" Asura praised, walking out of the hall with the piece of meat in her hands "I was impressed and proud of you! The means if you teach me well, I'll someday become as great like you ..or even greater!" Asura stopping turning to see Kai who was behind him. He walked back towards him "Senior. This Is to say that you need to take me as your student... Okay?" Kai looked at him "A disciple with bad and deceitful manners as you. How can you try exploiting the poor waiter?" Kai questioned. "Aish. it's not my fault. Besides, I had no cash and this was the only way or...Or run away in-between the commotion... But this was a better choice.. and we took it...It wasn't such a bad idea...It was a way of repaying our Help... Isn't it?" Kai looked at the blabbering young man and then sighed" What thoughts you have" He snapped as he walked off. Asura wat
