Munching on the fruits she had taken from the nearby trees, Elizabeth sated her hunger to a degree. After she drank her fill and ripped apart the hem of her pajama pants to hold the fruits, Elizabeth decided to walk towards the east side of the grassland. Hoping to see any civilizations and find herself a place to shelter for the night.
Whilst the summer sun hung right above the sky and shone brightly upon her figure, Elizabeth walked away and endured the warmth temperatures underneath her feets.
She had no footwear to use ever since she entered the mysterious door. As it was already barefooted back then in the maze, not in an open field, she felt uncomfortable and unaccustomed to it. At times, she would feel a flinching pain by accidentally stomping on sharp pebbles or twigs.
