At the far distance away from the battlefield of the elves and the wizard, an outline of a figure was standing upright at the very top of the tallest tree in the area.
The tree was dead, with not even a single leaf on its numerous branches, similar to all of the trees around. Because of that, the moonlight unobstructedly casted it's illumination to the caster land below, making everything to be brighter than the normal wilderness.
An old telescope was held in his hand while the figure used the telescope to see a certain scene. Soon, the edge of the lips beneath the shade was curled upwards.
