"AAHHH!"
The second that scream spread in the area, all of the wizards turned their attention to the source and found one of their comrades was engulfed in flames.
The nearest wizard quickly pulled out a glyph paper of water spell in order to take out the fires. A few seconds later, a giant ball of water was formed on top of the burning wizard and immediately dropped at him. Yet, the result was there wasn't any chance except for all of the water quickly changing into steam.
With surprised expression, Horghan was the first to snap out of the school and went to see the wizard's condition in detail. But then, the twin bells under his cloak ringing loudly and the same occurrence happens to all of the other wizards.
Widening his eyes in astonishment, Aaron felt like he couldn't move his gaze somewhere else when he spotted the injury on the dragon's queen Sarvas's chest. A pained shriek came out of the mighty creature while thunderclouds raged on in that moment. For an instant, Aaron felt he watched the beginning of an Armageddon. He wasn't wrong to feel that in the next heartbeat, endless downpours of lighting bolts emerged and burned down part of the vast woodland. If not for the fact that this was the homeland of the elves and the wilderness was fifty times bigger than any other, the rage of the dragon queen already scorched a whole forest. As for the wizard who holds the staff he is luckily still able to live by using teleportation in succession. At the same time, he cast multi layered barriers which tanked most of the damag
When two opposite energies clashed against one another, a blinding light ensued and a shock wave that spread across more than five kilometers shook the air itself and pushed both parties. As the clash of the energies finally reached their climax, a tremendous burst of impact transpired with the entire giant aircraft trembling from the aftershock, leaving it in disadvantage after the confrontation. On the other hand, Sarvas was still undamaged and healthy, just like how she appeared before. Not even a burning mark appeared on her scales.Meanwhile, the Armed helicopters that were supposed to be circling the dragon were either destroyed by shock waves or running away from the terror of facing the mythical beast. When the two stacked meteors above were about to reach her, Sarvas took yet another deep breath and unleashed the previous thick electric beam. Soon, the beam struck right at the edge of the blazing meteor and a blinding light followed, before an earth shaking explosion occurred and countless pieces of the meteor spread out and fell.As the boulder-like debris killed the beast and sentient vegetation below, Sarvas was focused on the remains of the meteor spell. There was still a quarter of the previous meteor left intact while the other one was still unscathed. With their distance too close for her to shoot out another dragon's breath, Sarvas gritted her teeth and sped up her pace in order to avoid the meteors.Whilst she successfully dodged the quarter of the meteor, the second one hit her right on her back and made her Dark Eater Chapter 140 - Sarvas' Power
A sigh of relief subconsciously came out his lips as Aaron watched Sarvas devouring the wizards. For the past minutes of the battles, Aaron even suspected that this would be the place where the Dragon Queen, Sarvas, died at the hand of the wizards. If one of the strongest foe of the Sacred Heart met her ends by the power of technology, then Aaron would definitely regret using her to clean up his mess."Still hasn't greeted me yet, you rascal?"A sweet, melodious voice ringing inside of his head as if trying to bewitch his mind with every syllable. Though her draconic form and voice could be described as intimidating, yet when she used the human's tongue and morphed herself in human form, few could be compared to her in beauty and figure. In fact, many kinds of dr
"He's pretty late…"A murmur came out of her mouth while Elizabeth's gaze looked around the vicinity. The once rising sun from the east now had reached its highest peak above her head. Though the canopy of the trees greatly reduced it's smoldering heat, the temperature still rises up nonetheless.Fortunately, she was but a frail human in this case. For if not, she would probably have to traverse this forest by her own feet rather than using Edmurd's. Something that she couldn't imagine since the elves was more tenacious physically than what she had imagined them to be.They have been at it for long hours, with the exception of the elderly, the sick, the children, and the pregnant woman. Those in the category before were mounted alongside Elizabeth, r
"How's it going?"Briefly glanced onto Aaron who was rushing on his side, Edmurd asked whilst it's nose twitched for an instant. A particular scent of a certain beast was caught by its nose, making it convinced that things should work out well if the being in its mind moved personally to eradicate the Sacred Heart."It was… surprising to say the least."But then, Aaron's tone which suggested there was something more in the previous situation had roused up Edmurd's interest. Now directly faced Aaron's gaze, Edmurd questioned, "What happened? Don't tell me that old coot was actually losing to some group of humans."Looking around and seeing the elves' eyes wandering around, Aaron gently shook his he
"Your blood… .You want to donate your blood as an exchange to get back to the other side?""Yep!" as if she just offered a genius idea, Elizabeth elaborated, "Look, all of you said that I'm a really rare existence right? There's a time when someone said my existence shouldn't be possible. If so, then doesn't that mean my blood would have a research worth to the Agency, right? It's the blood of someone who could attract the spirits after all."Listening to her, Edmurd's expression grew darker. Right after Elizabeth finished her speech, Edmurd chimed in, "Even then, they still won't come to get you. Though you might be rare, they are the type to have something that could be exchanged with monetary value. Research purposes give a little interest to them.""Ah, is that so
"Coming back… to that place?"Shudder crawled at her spine the second she thought back of the endless hallways. The exhaustion that followed right after vividly emerged in her mind. No matter what, Elizabeth swore to not come back to that kind of place. For it was no different than a death sentence to her."I also heard that you have a trouble staying in that mysterious gallery for a while."'It's not even in the level of 'trouble' anymore…'Within, Elizabeth rebuked what Aaron said while she revealed a bitter smile. For an instant, Elizabeth grew a little pissed off and wanted to end the conversation there. Still, she held on and continued to see why Aaron wanted her to do that.
