It was nearly midnight, and the night sky was picturesque. A black to navy gradient was the backdrop for a full moon. The night sky was so clear you could see almost every sparkling star beyond the infinite space through the translucent window.
There, Elizabeth gazed upon the full moon with a blank expression plastered all over her face. Her chin laid on top of her hand, a soft sigh of resignation flowed out of her lips with memories of the long past months surfaced one by one.
The night she was attacked by a mythical creature called a wraith. Something Elizabeth had asked from Iron Veil for the whole day. Fortunately, the latter was patient enough to listen to her ignorant and incessant questions. Kevin, who wasn't that far from them, would join in and listen on the side.
