Within the center of the human base

The progression of the monsters got increasingly disorderly as more and more animals emerged from the enormous hole in the wall. As a result, the monsters were able to escape more easily. The only objective they had was to keep marching forward, and they intended to eliminate any obstacles or anybody who stood in their path by resorting to violent means. Due to the fact that the creatures behaved in a disorderly manner, the recruits were able to contend with the monsters in a more effective manner.

The most powerful individuals decided to engage in combat with the most powerful monsters first, before moving on to the lesser monsters and, of course, the recruits faced the weakest of the monsters. The opportunity for the recruits to take part in the conflict arose as a direct result of the more powerful individuals choosing to ignore the weakest monster and making room for it to pass by them so that it could continue on its way toward the recruits.
