David was horrified by the treatment that he got from the secretary.

She was a very beautiful woman, but she lacked a lot of manners.

He wasn't asking her to fall at his feet and lick the dirt off his shoes, all he wanted was a little more respect for his human person.

She didn't even look at him as she pressed the buttons on the telephone, trying to get to Gary.

"Hey, excuse me," He held up his hand, a bit annoyed. " If I can't sit on your expensive leather chairs, where am I supposed to sit?"

She covered the mouthpiece of the phone with her hand before she gave him a dramatic look.

" You stand." She shrugged. " You don't look like it would be new to you."

Now, even the workers were looking at him, David had never felt this more embarrassed in his life.

He brushed his hand against his nose and leaned by the wall.

Since he found out about how influential he was, he had never thought of using it with someone, but he was going to speak to Gary about this receptionist.
