It dropped like a bomb in the room.

Everyone knew of the brotherhood. A group of feared individuals that do whatever they like, the government even pretends not to know that they exist.

Rosie and Gary exchanged a tensed glance, they knew that this was trouble.

"My master has no intention of joining your brotherhood." Gary took one step forward. "With that being said, I think it's time you go."

Dean Williams peered at Gary's face like he knew him but couldn't place the face.

He smiled and turned back to David without saying a word.

"Leave us, everyone," David ordered.

Gary was surprised, but like always, he couldn't question David in front of people.

The bodyguards that came with Dean Williams started to leave the room, and Gary was behind them.

Rosie was going to, but David stopped her.

"Remain where you are, Rosie." David pointed at her.

She was surprised, but she stood at attention with a nod.

"Yes, sir."

Dean Williams looked at her from head to toe. He smiled hungrily.
