~If I Die You Die~

“Not bad. Nice reaction speed,” Huno said to Kong, who had increased the distance between them. “Peak, second petal. What an inconvenience? I’m very low on energy,”

“You!”

Kong brought out a pair of daggers and snared at Huno. “What are you?” he yelled.

A sword appeared in Huno’s hand. To Kong, it gave out an aura, one that he was very used to. One he spent half his life fighting. His gaze roamed around Huno’s body, searching for a confirmation.

“You are a transformed monster, aren’t you?”

“Huh?”

Kong gulped and held his daggers tightly. A monster who could transform was harder to deal with. This was something he learnt from experience.

One reason be a transformed monster’s realm can not easily be determined. One could be facing a third petal and wouldn’t know until they had exchanged blows.

The princess frowned at Kong’s words. Monsters were known for their ferociousness. It was foolish thinking asking one for help.
