~One Day~

‘Yawn,’

‘Hey, take over.’

Jarel stared at the barrage of attacks on the barrier of stars.

‘What a mess,’ he said, and stretched out his hand. All the dark energy flew towards him and gathered into a ball above his palm.

‘So I go to sleep for a few months and you try to take over my body. Well, you’ve always been trying to,’ Jarel said.

A blue vortex appeared under him and everyone else. Everyone except him fell or was pulled into it.

‘Now, let me concentrate on you,’ Jarel said as the vortex disappeared. He sat crossed legged, floating over the ground, and closed his eyes as the dark energy continued to gather.

‘HOW DO YOU DO IT?’

‘Why are you asking? Beside I don’t know. Maybe my will to live is stronger than your will to destroy the world. I did make a promise to someone,’ he said and opened his eyes and scratched his chin.

‘WHAT NONSENSE? YOUR WILL OF A FEW YEARS STRONGER THAN MINE OF BILLIONS OF YEARS!’
