"This kingdom is in disarray," the prime minister finally uttered. The woman rubbed her non-aching head. "This is what happens when young ones are bestowed with such high titles. They fail to fulfill their duties properly and only think of love."

"If I'm not mistaken, it's you who can't perform well, Luisa," Jace retorted irritably. "Please judge this despicable rat."

"We can judge him later, Jace," Elios said coldly. It seemed, in this room, he was leading the meeting. "Seraphina is dead. And we must judge Prince Vikrant."

"I told you I'm not the culprit!" Vikrant exclaimed angrily. However, in his mind, Kieran could clearly feel Vikrant's satisfaction.
