Drey walked into the hall with dozens of soldiers holding guns behind him.
The hall turned into uproar as everyone shifted back to avoid colliding with the soldiers. The military Governor Albert's guards also came out, but they were little. They are just five, they came unprepared because they didn't know this would happen.
"Drey," Military Governor Albert said in a grave voice.
"I'm sorry military Governor Albert, now the Los Angeles command of defense only takes orders from Marshal Richard" Drey replied.
"Good, good" Albert clapped his hand.
"Richard Bush, you are playing dirty tricks on me. Do you know you are a rebel now?" Military Governor Albert asked.
Richard smiled, " The metropolis of Los Angeles is for those who can conquer it. You can take it, why can't I?"
"Brat, do you have the slightest sense of propriety and shame? The revolutionary army is coming on like gangbusters. As one of us, how could you turn against your fellows at a moment like this?" Military Governor P**e tried to talk humanity with him.

Richard didn't panic, his smile still in his face, with a gun as he pointed it at Bremo.
Love Bush started panicking when she saw the situation like this, but there was nothing she could do. She is actually Richard's younger sister, Micheal noticed how she was behaving ever since Richard walked in, he narrowed his eyes thoughtfully.
"Richard Bush put your gun down" Military Governor Albert started to panic when he saw Richard pointing a gun at his only son.
Richard noticed him panicking, he smirked.
He stared at Bremo.
"It turns out you are Military Governor Albert's son. Do you want to kill me?" He asked.
"I don't want to kill you, Los Angeles is my Latino family turf. Let the other guests go first, don't drag others into this. As to the thing between us, we can sit down and talk about it" Bremo suggested.
"Richard Bush, you will regret this," Military Governor Albert said.
"Military Governor Albert, I don't think you've got a clue of what is happening. I've got the Lincoln mansion under siege, I've placed my troops along the railways, highways, airports, and at wharfs, even if you guys managed to get out of the Lincoln mansion, you can't get out of Los Angeles".
The hall was silent.
"Go over there" Michael led Love out when he saw the situation going out of hand, He pointed a gun at her head and led her to where Richard and Bremo were standing.
Richard glanced at Love and his eyes flicked. But no one could know the changes in him.
"Put your gun down or I am going to shoot her," Michael said.
"It's none of my business" Richard replied.
"Right, why are you holding me at gunpoint?" Love asked him.
"Drop the act" Michael said.
"She is your younger sister, am I right?" Michael asked.
"Young lady, when did I take you as my younger sister? I'm very sorry I have a very bad memory. Tell me, have I ever taken you as my younger sister?" Richard glanced at her and said.

"As soon as he came in, you started to shift your eyes from him, And when he was pointed with a gun you started panicking, Both of you have the same surname Bush and you are telling me you are not related? Micheal unlocked the fire, Stanley quickly stopped him, "Don't hurt the innocent" He said to him and released Love from his captive.
Love quickly ran into the crowd without looking back.
"Richard Bush, What exactly do you want?" Military Governor Albert asked.
"Military Governor Albert, as long as you and Military Governor P**e published an open telegram to the nation, acknowledging my regulatory power over Los Angeles, I'll let you guys out of the city right away" Richard replied.
"You're not in a position to negotiate terms with me. I just won't publish the open telegram, what can you do to me?" Military Governor Albert replied.
"The life of everyone present is more valuable than mine. But if I open the door of Los Angeles to the revolutionary army, won't the higher up military Governor and garrison commander be wiped out in one fell swoop?" Richard smiled like what he said is not scary enough.

"How can I negotiate terms without Any bargaining chips? Military Governor Albert, either you set your mind on being the commander-in-chief of the coalition force and leave Los Angeles under my care or I'll shift my allegiance to the revolutionary army, Make your choice" Richard replied.
"Marshal Richard, you want nothing but the regulatory power over Los Angeles, you don't have to make things ugly" Bremo told him.

Even though he is smiling, he is like a fox who lures his prey with a smile.
