After trying to calm himself for a moment, Dean begins to realize that the guy can still join another guild even if he rejects him now. And even if that guy really is a vampire, he will pose a threat to others.

“Okay, let them join this club. But we have to keep a close look at that guy!” Dean whispers before picking his helmet, seeming to take his leave.

“Where are you going?” asks Mary.

“I’m going to visit an orphanage in Ertonbury,” says Dean.

“Eh, you are going to visit the White Orchid Orphan Home?” asks Monica, looking excited.

Dean stops for a moment. “We plan to set up an orphanage in Taernsby Town. So I want to see Christine to ask her help and guidance. Maybe one or two sisters there could help me later with the new orphanage,” Dean explains.

“I wanna go too!” Monica immediately leaves her chair. “It’s been a while not seeing everyone.”

“But, I didn’t bring another helmet,” says Dean.

Sara offers her helmet, and there, Dean no longer has any reason to reject Monica anymore.

Ertonbury is a small town which is quite far from the provincial capital of Edral. Apart from smooth roads, there is no traces of development from a developed country like Estuaria to be seen here. Most of the residents are farmers, with fields of turnips, potatoes and tomatoes spread out along the way. There are also those who work as fishermen based in two small lakes that are close to each otherIt is between these two lakes, on a small hilltop in the middle of a stretch of tea gardens and pine trees, the White Orchid Orphan Home was built. unfortunately, this orphanage does not have a phone line at all.Once a week, the orphanage caretakers have to go a little further down the hill, into the rather busy center of Ertonbury, just to get a signal for their cell phones. They arrive here when it is already past 4 in the afternoon, but the fog is already quite low and thick enough to cover the sunlight.“Oh, God! I forgot how cold this place is,” grumbles Monica, shivering while rubbin

That peculiar white-haired girl is still stalking them, and has just heard all their conversation. Her face is filled with uncontrollable greed that she instinctively releases her dark aura as one of the vampires. “Holly shit! I didn't know Leonardo Espinoza really held the secret of the greatest myth of Yegristan. And who thought that it would be a gold reserve equivalent to the wealth of a kingdom as big as Yegristan.” She is now trying to make a phone call. Sadly, she doesn’t get any signal. She keeps smacking the phone, looking so impatient to share her story to whoever her friends are, while heading back to where she parked her car. When she gets to the car and starts it, her phone gets a little signal and so she tries to make a call again. “Florian! Hey, Florian! Can you hear me?” [Victoria? What is it? Have you approached that Crimson Warrior?] “Well, it's not going to be as easy as you think, but…” [Why? Is he no longer a virgin?] “Forget about that! There's something e

The severed head looks still alive, with a pale face and wide eyes. Her lips tremble with a slightly open mouth. When Dean comes, there is absolutely no response from the girl. Her eyes just stare straight, as if she doesn’t notice his appearance. She has lost consciousness in a state of shock even though her eyes are wide open.“You want to kill her?” asks Namsqeem.“Seeing her decision earlier, I'm sure she won't speak up no matter what I offer her,” replies Dean.“Then, let me hasten her death,” says Namsqeem, before starting to mutilate the girl's body into several pieces using only his one sharp finger.>“Yeah, that's if anyone finds out what I did here,” answers Dean, staring coldly at Viktoria's severed head.As he gets out of that forest, he takes a glance at Viktoria’s car which is now upside

Dean chuckles at the man’s taunting, and steps even closer, to the point his nose almost touches the soldier’s nose.“If this is Estuaria, we would have eradicated them in a day,” he says.“Dean, we are here to save the hostages, not to eradicate these terrorists,” Mary reprimands him.“I know,” Dean answers. “That’s also the reason why these soldiers haven’t made their move yet, because they are afraid of us, Estuaria. If the hostages were their own people, I doubt they would have this much concern.”“You?! What do you know about us?” again, the soldiers’ Captain refutes Dean. “Don’t act like you know what happens in my country. Get the hell out of my sight. Now!”Holding his annoyance, Dean leaves the tent, ignoring the strategy meeting with these Calgar’s soldiers. Those soldiers continue the meeting, without realizing that Dean is now intending to save the hostages by himself. They are currently in a mountainous area, quite deep in the rainforest, to save a group of eight botanica

Dean smiles, and then calmly walks away with those hostages. “Hopefully you find success with your struggle. But don't ever try to bring Estuaria into your conflict after this,” he warns.“Hey!” The man named Leon called him. “If we were to use the services of the Guardians of Estuaria beforehand, would you accept that request?”Dean stops, giving a moment of thought. “Who knows? I'm just a subordinate. By the way, there are so many Calgar soldiers out there in full combat gears. The only reason they haven't attacked you is because of the existence of these hostages.”“They don’t want to take the risk because the hostages are Estuarian,” says that man with a sense of disappointment. “If it were our own people, they wouldn’t care that much.”“I know,” says Dean. “You'd better leave this place, before they come in. There’s no way you can defend this base with your current situation. Sorry for ruining it, but I have to protect my own people too.”After that little change of words, that m

The People's Awakening Party is the current majority party in Parliament, and Howard McKenzie is its leader. From the beginning of his interest in Dean, Howard had directly invited him to join this party. It's just that Dean didn't want his momentary popularity at that time to be exploited by a politician like him. But this doesn't mean Howard's interest in him stopped there.“Not really,” Howard argues. “He is actually quite humble and easy to approach. It's just that, when it comes to his principles...”“We've lost two comrades recently,” says the teenager, interrupting. “And one of them came from the main family.”“What? Is this about Levi?” asks Howard. That teenager nods solemnly. “This is the first time for me, in my 167 years of life, that someone from the main family has died.”Howard slowly turns so serious and dark, and then turns off the TV by using a remote.“So, he is dead?” utters Howard with a gloomy face.“High chance they were killed by him,” the teenager speculates.

Are they scared? Of course, not! Their pride is too high. They just keep gazing at Dean with unwelcomed hateful eyes. They feel they have the right to act arrogant in front of Mary and Dean. Both Fowler and Vazquez family had a big contribution in overthrowing the Cresta Kingdom, and recently with the Yegristan Kingdom.“So, this is Dean Morton, the man who is famous for his foul mouth?” says Diana Vazquez with a disgusted face.“First, we have the last of the Durham family. And now, they bring us one lowly creature from the Miarnin clan,” utters Fowler. There’s no way Dean would be happy by their racist attitude. However…“Sorry, do I know you?” asks Dean with a flat expression.“You?!” Diana Vazquez grumbles while holding her irritation. “Your ignorance is as terrible as this Durham child, completely ignorant and unable to show respect for the founders of this country.”“Diana, that’s enough! Dean clearly feels the sudden changes in the girl’s mood. Now she no longer looks like a shy naïve teenage girl, but an adult with words full of intentions.“Rafael?” mumbles Dean curiously.“Rafael Weisman,” says the girl. “I sent him to Dildior to meet you, asking for your help, and also to warn you about something dangerous.”The awkwardness slowly disappears from Dean’s face, to hear the name of Rafael Weisman in this situation, coming from the daughter of a maid working for the Prime Minister. He has had a hunch there’s some kind of purpose in Rafael’s sudden appearance in Braham University, and in his intention joining the Illuminati Club. But never once he thought that the guy actually had a link with Howard Mckenzie.“Rafael Weisman, the cancer survivor?” asks Dean for an affirmation. The girl shows some relief for a moment. She then gives a nod, but soon covers her relief by putting on her shy face again, acting just like a genuine naïve teenager.“Before that, I want to ask

All the zombies in the forest, the dead vampires, Zulfik, and Harley, are now silent, swaying gently with blank faces. They stay like that, at least until all the specters within their bodies come out, and scatter in all directions. And instantly, all these lifeless bodies collapse. All the Manes in this forest are also getting out, seeming to be uncomfortable with the condition of the woods which have been covered in ice. They are interested in the stability in the area around Nimeza's core. The appearance of these Manes later catches Dean's attention.“I can't let them get near that stone.”Dean rushes over to the jet black stone, which is currently still in Valery's hand. Somehow, Valery’s hands are now slowly petrifying. This is what happens to people who lost their drive to live due to the effects of Nimeza's core, just like all the six previous kings of Yegristan who failed in inheriting that stone. Not only does he die, but every organ, cell and molecule in Valery’s body have b

His sudden appearance has ruined all Valery’s plan. Now Valery needs to find another way to deal with Dean. But suddenly, he sees the arrival of so many missiles in the sky, coming from the east. Blood spurts from his mouth as his back hits the rocky cliff, where he gets stuck in the cracks caused by the impact. The crack then collapses, and he falls along with those rocks into a fairly large river below.A few moments later, Dean emerges from the river, floating to the edge, before he lands on the river bank, and immediately kneels down while coughing.“That was dangerous,” he mutters. His body releases thick haze, not just the steam of evaporating water from his soaked long blazer, but also the effects of his regeneration skill healing his wounds. There Dean realizes that his self-healing ability is much faster than usual. But still, that is no reason for him to feel safe. This regeneration won’t be able to raise him from death if one lethal attack kills him. Not to mention about the situation in Belestia Hill which he has been worrying about.“I can't be careless now. I have to end this as soon as possible.”Soon, he notices the emergence of fires in the forest. Even though

Zulfik's headless body is still floating while flapping his wings, as is Harley's headless body in his mechanical suit. Both of them are still alive and still able to control their bodies, at least until Valery pulls out the curse of immortality he once placed on them. Two blobs of bituminous liquid come out of Harley and Zulfik's bodies, before evaporating in the air. Only after that, the two headless bodies fall down as lifeless corpses.Apparently, these betrayals have disappointed Valery so much that he no longer wants to trust anyone.“I know you loved sacrificing your pawns to achieve your goals. But why?”Dean asks coldly, speaking in Nimeza language, and it’s effective to draw Valery’s interest.“Why you killed them now when you should be able to use them? Is this how you are going to create peace in the world?”To find Dean so fluent talking in that language, even with the native accent of ancient Zalfari people, Valery replies to him also in Nimeza language.“I don’t need the

Despite his indifferent attitude, believe me, he is really in a precarious condition right now. This is one of the side effects of Nimeza's core on him, which makes him always at peace, completely indifferent to life and death. One of the negative effects is that he has not been taking his fight seriously, which ultimately leads to his current situation. The only thing now which makes him think seriously about his fate is because of the safety of his wife and kid.But on the good side, he can still think calmly despite his situation, taking his time amidst the clouds, as if relaxing on a soft mattress.“Okaay, why don't I try to dig up a little of the memories of those old men?”He closes his eyes, trying to remember, as if what the four ancient apparitions had experienced in the past is his own experience.Unfortunately, they’d never been in a condition like this, and there is not the slightest memory where they had a technique which allowed them to fly.Until then…“Let's try the th

That’s the message given by Valery. And Antonin knows so well how important this warning is. That’s why he only tries to waste time, with so much alertness, without any intention to get close to Dean.He swings the two weapons from a distance, and again releases many ethereal weapons in all directions. These ethereal weapons linger around for a few minutes, spinning and floating randomly around Antonin, like satellites orbiting a planet.“What is he thinking? Is he going to attack me or not?”The movement of those ethereal weapons makes Dean a little confused, because they look more like protection instead of an offensive technique. But then, the ethereal weapons orbiting on the outermost side are getting further away from Antonin. Even though they are still circling around Antonin, they are starting to head towards Dean in their orbits.Dean steps away to avoid it, and then some of the ethereal weapons disappear into the thin air. You will not get anything good even if you win this war. It doesn't mean there will be a chance for you to win it. Valery can clearly feel her strong presence, but he is still in the state of confusion at the moment. After all, the last time he met Zamira was already more than two thousand years ago.He just assumes this strong presence is just one of the high-skilled Defteros taking part in the battle in Hullback Town.Until then, one of his pawns, an ancient specter named Shaheen, comes to him to informs about something.“Master! I just felt the present of Namsqeem in Belestia Hill,” he says.“Namsqeem?” Valery mutters curiously, feeling quite familiar with the name.“It’s Cresta’s lovely pet,” Shaheen informs.“Oh, that little one,” Valery sneers.“I don’t think you can call him that way now,” Shaheen reprimands. “It’s been two thousand years already. And there’s another strong spirit creature with him at moment. I’m not so sure if he is a specter or a mane. But there’s something strange with his form. It’s similar to what Cresta did to Namsqeem in the past.”Valery's facial expressions change.
