As soon as Valery finishes with the bite, Zulfik immediately groans before he collapses in pain. And Valery, his expression is so cold with a condescending gaze.

“How shallow it is, letting a woman who already has a husband, fill your head,” he sneers.

It's quite strange indeed, for Valery to give a curse that he considers a blessing, to someone whom he considers weak and low. But of course he has short-term goals for this.
