Thanks to the mysterious warrior, the young heroes escape unscathed, except for their pride and ego. Each of them had this look of anger, annoyance, and defeat, aware they were no match for the enemy they faced.

After reaching a good distance from danger, one of the group goes to a halt, their faces creasing in frustration and disappointment.

“We can’t just leave that thing roaming around. Who knows what it could do to the nearby settlements?”

Arty shouts, his voice a squeal. Still echoed through the woods, making the birds around them scatter.

There was stunned silence for a few moments as each of the youngsters couldn’t look him in the eye, ashamed they failed to fulfill their duties.

“I agree with Arty on this.”

Marco finally step up, seeing how the others started whispering among each other. He knew what they were trying to do, considering the group became divided, four against eight, as their other two companions stayed with them, while the others were in front.
