“What is Anna doing here?” I whispered to myself as I followed her by gaze. She went back and forth to our table where she always served us drinks, and she always stares at me. There was even a time when she kept the beer bottle away from me, and she put a glass of juice in front of me to stop me from getting drunk. I almost couldn't believe what I was seeing especially when she mentioned my name, but I didn't hear her at that time because I was not in my right mind, and I was too drowned in the beers I drank. I hardly noticed that she was there that night, that she was right next to me and that she was close to me.

Then she had something to do with what happened that night? She may be a witness to the crime that happened, or she may also be an accomplice of the night.

I followed Anna wherever she went until she sat down at the bar and turned to where I was.

“Do you know him?” the bartender asked her while she grinned and drank a glass of wine.

“Yes, of course. I know him very much
