"Denver Ricardo?"

The police officer stood in front of him. He just looked at the man not really understanding him. He understand in a way that was apparently his name but in his mind it doesn't ring a bell.

"You understand what I am saying?"

"Not really." Denver looked at his dirty hands then at the man in front of him.

"Are you hurt sir?"

"Not that I am aware of. "

"You don't seem to recognize your name sir?"

"It seems that way. Do you mind if I go now?"

The police man looked hard at him then at Cleo the store manager. "Are you sure about him?"

"I am. His name is Denver Ricardo. I don't know what happened but I found him sitting on a bench."

"I should go back." Denver looked at himself feeling ashamed of his appearance.

"Where do you want to go? I will take you."

"No thanks." Denver step outside. The sun blinded him a moment. When his eyes focused again he looked at a big man watching him.

"My goodness son. Where have you been?"

"Do I know you?"
