Chapter 37: Denver Ricardo

Denver was woried. He was about to leave this city but it's pulling him back. The very notion of skin-trade and his family's involvement has him very uneasy.

"Park here then both of you wait." Denver climbed from the taxi. His left hand hold firmly onto the money. He looked around noticing the drunkards and just about anyone wrong in this area.

The phone in his pocket start to vibrate. Quickly taking it out he recoginsed the number.

"Where is Bella? I have the money."

"Walk towards the shop with the yellow door."

Denver looked around but can't see anyone suspiciously looking his way. He really should leave this city until he fully understand what was going on.

He briefly looked back towards the taxi but he can't see either Greg or Raven. He square his shoulders walking towards the shop. He lived in this city but apparently he had blinders on. As he reach the door someone step outside.
