Nana broke into laughter while tears ran down her face. Her tangled red hair had now fallen down her shoulders.

"Such loyalty to my grandson and yet he has not recognized your dedication for him. I know of your sacrifice..."

Malik who was now close to the bars turned slowly to her. He forced himself to stay silent while her eyes held his gaze.

Satisfied at having his attention, Nana pushed.

Malik tightened his fists so much that he could slowly feel his hands got limp from restriction of blood flow.

"I can help you. Let me go and I will give you everything you ever wanted, everything that my grandson has refused..."
