Chapter 195-Surprises of a Prison Visit
Jack, who felt that Jacob meant what he said, made him decide to trust Ayhner's son.

“Are you sure, Jack? What if he's sneaky like Anne who used you?” his cellmate asked as Jack made a statement that he was ready to change in order to get a job at Wyatt's company when he was released.

“If he's lying. The people within his ranks will get their comeuppance from me,” he said seriously to which his cellmate nodded.

Jack's prison term was half a year away. Impatient, he approached Jacob. Asked for direction so that he could be accepted to work in his company. Jack didn't even listen to the incitement of his friends who thought Jacob was lying.

“We have high standards for workers. Many applicants are rejected by management. But you're special, Jack. You got in on my recommendation,” Jacob said when Jack came up to him on sport's day, on the field outside the building.

“What should I do?” Jack asked curiously.

“Practicing patience,” Jacob replied calmly, but left Jack speechless.
