The beautiful woman could not hide her sadness. She, who had waited faithfully for Jacob's return, could not hold back the tears that kept falling. Sheena locked herself in a theatre room. Jacob was already preparing to visit Mrs. Elberta. But first, he was going to Shanum, even though he didn't know the reason. He enjoyed his breakfast while he waited for the messenger, as Ewald had told him last night. Soon there was a knock at the door while Jacob was cleaning the dishes. The brown-haired man hurried to open the door and found Ten there.

“Good morning, Jacob,” greeted Ten, who had arrived looking like a mountaineer. Jacob smiled and invited his guest in.
