Battle Arena 2

The match started with the go signal of the referee.

"Whistle... Whistle .start match" Referee started the match with his whistling.

I took my stand and was ready for my attack. I like to say this but I was just waiting for her to attack me.

If I lost in a rush it would exhibit that I was striving to lose from the start.

 Sunao started to chant her spell

"Thousands and millions of souls who are our ancestors, show me the way of my power with 'Fire arrow'"Sunao chanted the spell.

For me, it's kind of funny. This is something typical like a 1st-year student chanting.

 (The arrow of fire around 20 meters started to come toward Kagen)

  The attack will come within 10 seconds.

If I wish I can easily avoid it but if I do so now I will persuade everybody attraction. Normally 1st-year students can't dodge the magic attack because of their lack of manipulation of body magic.

But there are many cases where there are 1st students who were able to dodge magic and who can do that are not the normal ones, they are abnormal class magicians.

For me, I am different from others not because I already learned something about magic and swordsmanship, but because my mentality and personality are different from other humans.

 To defend against this attack I will cut the middle of the arrow at 9.5second.

 (Kagen swings the sword and the arrow got deflected)

Bingo I did it, it's too easy for me.

" What! he cut that"

"You are not so bad for an ordinary student, "Sunao replied with a  smile.

 The fire arrow is the basic form of fire magic but in the 1st-year level, it can only summon 1 arrow. But much better you become on it you easily make one hundred in oneshot go.

(Chants magic and "fire wind storm" Sunao chanted)

Oh.. she can use double attribute. She is a manipulation magician. I can't avoid this attack.

So I have to take my sleeves up for this attack,

(Kagen eyes' pupils started to change slightly white)  

 1st form "'Null transfaction'"

  (attack got vanished from the arena and a crystal clear white gas appeared)

Boom attack got completely deflated.

"He deflected king-level magic like nothing, ''Sunao said surprisingly.

(the arena got silent for one minute, no one said anything, complete silence)

"I—

give up" Kagen announced.

The next moment referee announced that the Winner of the match is Sunao 

I was returning to my spot distance from the battle arena and booing started at me.

"boo... booo...

He lost to a girl, he can't even protect his pride, We thought he reflected it but it was by chance right hahaha" Crowd said with sarcasm.

 Say what you want, I came here just to lower my commotion other than this I don't need anything, and it's not like I am bound with false accusations as males are stronger than females. Who decided this.

I have my pride and I know when and where to protect it. Apart from this if I want to lose I will lose and if I want to win I will win with everything I can do.

But I won my match through this people will eventually ignore me.

Kukukuku...  I won, crap I was about to grin

 my peaceful life will come to me. hurray.

I returned to my dorm and slept soundly that day.

Next day,

"Why did you lose yesterday knowingly?"Sunao asked with an annoyed face.

"I am sorry, but who are you?" Kagen replied while thinking about who this lady might be.

"So you forget my name, can't you remember someone's name?"Sunao replied angrily.

"If I want to remember someone's name then I will decide their name for my own and apart from this you didn't do any great thing that I remember you" I replied with a poker face.

"You are very cold, "Sunao mumbled.

"Why did you lose yesterday's match?"Sunao asked.

So she is from yesterday, the answer is simple for me. I don't want to attract someone's attention from the 2nd day of school by winning the 1st match of 1st-year students and also between ordinary level and moderate level. But the most satisfying answer for me is I lose cause I want to.

"You were obviously strong yesterday, and I know I can't beat you, so I gave up," Kagen replied.

   "That is right but you can't just provoke me after blocking my powerful attack, it was unfair" She replied.

  "It may look that way for you but it wasn't unfair for me and I am also not so strong" Kagen replied.

 Although I wanted to lose yesterday but that girl's talent was noticeable. I took that powerful attack. She will become a good fighter in the future, I don't know why but I am feeling like even if I fight her in the future I always want to lose. What happens to me? Be careful.

After that, I forgot about all of this.

Our classes started,

 1st class is the Practical class in which we select our attribute for element magic.

When our class reached the practical class spot the other classes like moderate and royal classes were already present there.

  The process of the magic attribute is simple. there was a magic ball placed on the table you just had to pour your magic into that ball.

 The process started. Many students started to take the test.

"Yay.. you are remarkable sir Arthur, You got Four attributes" Tristan screamed.

"It's not of a big deal I just built differently?"Arthur replied with a prideful smile.

   "hmmm...  Built differently?" I mumbled with a sigh.

After that Sunao took the test and she also got the four attributes. 

 I was not surprised. I knew she had something on her.

"Please come forward Mr.Kogen" the examiner called.

"Yes," Kagen replied with a sigh.

"You just have to pour your magic in it and concentrate and the attribute will show in the magic ball," she said.

 "Hóooohh.... "after a complete breath Kagen started his exam

I started to pore my magic slowly and concentrate on the magic ball. Within 1 second the magic ball blasted and 100 meters area got destroyed.

( the practical spot got destroyed and a noticeable black smoke broke out there)

Thanks to examiner defense magic I and others were safe but still, this is surprising for me.

Me, like an introverted guy I found myself in extreme attention.Got nervous.

After me, the test was closed for an undetermined time.

It caused a lot of problems for the school.

The news questioned the school about the safety of students and how the incident happened.

A magic inspection committee came from Magic conservation corp. They examined me and certified it as a safe one.

 They said that the magic ball was so full of magic that it got destroyed.

It must be the case because before me there were 437 students already doing it.

  That weekend ended very hard for me. I can't blame anyone, it's all my doing, I mean it's out of my control it's already full.

Meanwhile in Zerdia, the Magic conservation corp meeting

 "It's a miracle that it got destroyed even in the century there was no one whose magic  was able to full magic ball except the Twelve celestial commanders and upper commanders."

"I think there were promising students this year or the one student is promising. What was the Kid's name again?"One of the celestial commanders replied.

"Name Kagen Starlezia," the committee member replied.

"Find the reports about this student as much as you can." one of the celestial members replied.

   "Kagen Starlezia?, interesting"One of the celestial members mumbled.

Next week I got an offer from somebody with a very good proposal.
