Fate. A concept far beyond the comprehension of the average mind. A concept that was a law. Or rather, one above the laws, as Fate, encompasses both men, and the gods. But, what was Fate, exactly? This was an abstruse term to humans of the modern age, as it was either used lightly by them and not taken serious, or not believed in completely. But in essence, Fate was the development of events outside of a person's control or will, regarded as predestined, destined if you will, by a supernatural power, such as the gods for example. An example of Fate would be Jason's current trauma outside of his obsessive avoidance of God – his 'alien' relationship with his mother. The boy HAD to go through all the trauma of neglect, feeling a state of non-existence and low importance, so that the current him could understand the current visions he was having of his childhood. The Monitor of Fate, son of two cosmic gods, a god proficient within the Universal Rules of Fate, that govern over the livelihoods of countless lives... had quite an amazing conversation with a devil-wannabe today. The first was Brute, and apparently the oldest amongst them. He had a tall bearing, being over three meters tall in height, and having a perfect hulking physique. His muscles were thicker than an average man's thighs, as each had thick blood veins, like ropes, tying them down from erupting with raw power. His complexion was dark gray, with black exoskeletal shells on some regions of his body; the shoulders, the elbow, the knees, his back, his neck, and also on his forehead and his cheeks and chin. His hair was also black, pristinely black, as it cascaded down his back like a gentle waterfall. His pupils were red, and his teeth were sharper than those of a shark, visual wise. Especially those ranging from five years old and twelve years old, but there were also somethings that could accommodate those above, like the game boxes placed here and there. But the thing that Beatrice pointed at, was a section of the room, that seemed separated from the playground, but still a part of it. The room was isolated with dim glass walls, making it hard to see what was inside. Pertina reprimanded Timicus as she thought out loud, while she used her strength to pull at the still confused zombie with her whip. The zombie was yanked across the battlefield like a ragged kite, and towards Brute. 'My strength seems to be very lacking...' She added with a frown. If it was not because of being surprised, the Zombie could have yanked her away instead. Her strength was below 30 points in comparison to that of the Zombie. But it mattered not for now. Boom!! The true clone thought to itself, as it's subconsciousness tried to bypass it's shock and bewilderment, as it computed everything. Physiques. There were three known ranks to Physiques, which were namely "Physique", "Constitution" and then "Physiology". All terms meaning the same thing, but according to Doomsday, were ranked differently. Jason wasn't sure what the difference was, as he never paid the price to obtain one, since he already had a Physiology to begin with. But having a "Physiology" ranked Physique gave him a special Bloodline, innate abilities and a powerful Talent... The true clone finished reading through the description of the new Talent, and its stupendous effects on those closest to him. And to add, it was not disappointed. "A rather powerful Talent, but the amount of Hunting Points I have are only 55,000 or so. Even if I exchanged it for Universal Essence, that is still a measly 55..." The true clone thought to itself, but that still mattered not, when it took into consideration the given abilities. The first effect, which would equal a Demigod's Blessing, was not that amazing. But from the second effect and above, things greatly change. "Greater Telekinesis" aside, the "Burn" and "Freeze" effects for fifteen seconds are amazingly amazing by themselves. Even with 50 points of INT, this dual effect alone would deal 150 points of damage altogether. Even an ordinary Tier 12 monster wouldn't survive such accumulated damage. A single attack, would be as critical as a devastating slow poison. And let's not forget the 25% increase to Vitality.
