Even with 50 points of INT, this dual effect alone would deal 150 points of damage altogether. Even an ordinary Tier 12 monster wouldn't survive such accumulated damage. A single attack, would be as critical as a devastating slow poison. And let's not forget the 25% increase to Vitality.
