"Demigods can only be considered demigods when a higher being, a god in particular, mates with a mortal. The same applies for devils. One cannot he considered a pseudo-devil, unless half their bloodline is impure. Yet... here you are..." Felix explained his concerns, staring intently at the true clone's face, as if to peer through its secrets.

His point made sense.

The true clone nodded, not instantly responding.

From what they knew, once two higher beings mate, one of the bloodlines has to overpower the other, devouring it to grow stronger, thus increasing its potential. Each high ranked bloodline was too arrogant to share a body with another higher ranked bloodline.

The only rare occurrence was when the draconic high ranked bloodline is included. This bloodline had the rare property of being able to balance out the power of another high ranked bloodline, to create a humanoid dragon, with dual powers from both bloodlines, at the cost of being nigh-insane – dragonbornes.
