1. Fate?

"What talent!?" Akara, 7 years old boy shouted very loudly and began to shed tears.

"I will become the strongest Aura master! What's with this broken thing!?" he continued.

"Your spirit is good, kid, but your talent has been determined by fate. It can't be changed anymore." The tester slowly approached Akara who was crying and stretched out his hand to pat the little boy's head.

Plakk!!

With all his strength, he slapped the middle-aged man's hand and shocked everyone. His eyes were sharp because of anger, now he was shocked as if something stabbed his body, he looked at the other children who felt sorry for him. The children frowned, pitying him for his talent.

"To hell with talent! To hell with fate! I will have the title of the strongest Aura master no matter what! All of that is not because of talent, but with hard work and my intelligence!" Akara shouted loudly, then lifted the sword in his right hand towards the other children. His crying subsided, and his left hand now wiped the remaining tears that flowed on his cheeks.

"You who are considered talented geniuses, I will make you unable to resist me! I will make my own destiny! Even if I have to fight against the Gods, I will do it and I will surpass them!" he shouted again, then walked away leaving the stone altar. His sharp eyes kept looking ahead, without paying attention to the views of the other children.

Everything was really quiet at that time, no one made a sound except his footsteps. The steady footsteps sounded very clear, but then they sounded faster as he ran away from the academy. His departure was accompanied by the heavy rain and thunder that struck

Oll River

A river tens of meters wide that is adjacent to the Vodor mountains. However, the two drifted apart because of the city of Oll Hilir. This city is located in the middle of the large Oll River and the Vodor mountains that are so high.

Still with an angry face, Akara entered the forest and walked along the Oll river. The trees and the ground were so wet, soaked by the rain that was now starting to brighten. The little boy's body was also wet, he kept walking without paying attention to his surroundings, as if without a purpose, but finally he realized when he saw someone walking on the cliff.

The cliff with a height of tens of meters, right on the river side, there was a woman in a pink dress and wearing a mask shaped like a man's face with a mustache. Even though everything around her was wet from the rain, her dress was still dry and fluttered beautifully as it was swept by the wind. She walked so gracefully on the cliff, as if walking on a rope, she stretched out both her arms to keep her balance.

"Hey! Danger!" Akara panicked as the woman kept walking even though she was almost at the edge of the cliff. Sure enough, the woman kept walking until she fell off the cliff. Her falling position remained upright, sliding towards the river below.

Akara became more panicked, he immediately jumped as soon as he reached the closest place. After the child plunged himself, the woman fell very hard causing waves in the river. Even though the current was calm enough, Akara still had trouble swimming as he was swept by the waves from the woman's fall.

Because he was constantly pushed by the waves, he took a long breath, then dived into the water. He opened his eyes under the water, and saw the woman who looked like she couldn't swim and panicked because she was drowning. Without hesitation, he swam towards her, then took another breath before diving and grabbing her hand.

After successfully grabbing the woman's hand, he swam to the surface. His body was pulled to the edge of the river before he collapsed, then turned his body over. Both of them gasped for breath with soaking wet clothes. After a few seconds, he tried to sit up and stare at the masked woman with annoyance. The pink dress she was wearing was now wet.

"What are you doing!?" he shouted right in front of the masked woman's face.

"Fall," said the masked woman, still gasping for breath. The voice of a girl who was so soft sounded very beautiful even though it was only one word.

"I already know that! Why did you fall!"

"Fall, because walking on the cliff," she answered as if without a burden, making Akara more annoyed.

"Akkhhh !!" Akara screamed very annoyed, then startled, grabbed his back when he realized his wooden sword was gone.

"My sword !?" He immediately stood up and looked around, but still couldn't find his sword.

After that he was silent, his gaze fixed on the river in front of him. Without hesitation, he jumped back into the river. After taking a long breath, he dived back into the river.

The masked woman was now sitting, watching the rippling water that was calming down. Not long after, the child emerged to the surface, breathing fresh air while swimming to the edge.

"Got it?" said the masked woman, even though it was clear that the child came back with empty hands.

"Can't you see!?" he replied by shouting while looking at her with annoyance.

"Ohh ... What's your name?"

"Akara," he replied with a calmer voice, but his face was still angry.

"Akara? You can call me Pretty," said the masked woman, pointing to both her cheeks with such cuteness.

"Nobody asked! Pretty from where? Ugly mask like that," said Akara, pointing to the face of the masked woman.

"I'm pretty!"

"Ugly!"

"Pretty!" The masked woman who was originally indifferent, turned out to be very annoying and argued with the child.

Because he was too annoyed, Akara quickly pulled off her mask: "Ugly ..?" He paused for a moment as he saw her face.
