Isaac didn’t speak loudly, but every word hammered into Gregory’s heart like iron nails. He wet his pants as his body shook uncontrollably.

All his courage from earlier had evaporated. He nodded frantically, speaking hoarsely, “L—Let me make a phone call to r—release her.”

Isaac could confirm two things as of now. First of all, Isabella had been taken for no longer than ten minutes, so there was no way she had left the hotel premise already. Secondly, Gregory simply aimed to make him yield, so he definitely did not contract a killer. Furthermore, Gregory must value his life more than Isabella’s.

Isaac loosened his right hand a bit. Gregory gasped a few times before taking out his phone to make a call.

A dignified roar came from the entrance of the field then. “Isaac, if you dare hurt my son in any way, the Merck family will never forgive you!”
