Aiden's mother, Roberta Rader, frowned. She wanted to say something but stopped herself.

Seeing that his daughter wouldn't listen to anyone right now, Albert pulled Jane—whose eyes were red from fury—aside and said quietly, "Let's leave first and let her calm down alone."

Albert then approached Roberta to explain things. "Mrs. Kennedy, please don't mind her. Diana has always worn her heart on her sleeve since she was young. Once she cools down, everything will be fine."

With that, Roberta's expression relaxed. She sighed, turned around, and left.

After walking out the door, Jane got choked up and shook Albert off. "That rascal pisses me off."

"Oh, don't be mad. We'll tell my father everything later and ask him and Mr. Garten to come and give her some advice. She'll definitely listen to Mr. Garten," Albert comforted her quietly.

In the other room, Aiden and his buddies had already brought over all the white wine from the neighboring room.
