The next morning, Xavier was still lying on the bed when Lilian got up…had her shower, dressed and left the room.

She didn't bother telling him of her whereabouts and he didn't bother to ask either.

He has just decided to keep his eyes and ears away from her, all he needs this time is to monitor her activities in order to conclude if this marriage will work out for the two of them.

After so many minutes Lilian had left the house, he stood from his bed… left for the bathroom, washed his face and brushed his teeth.

He left downstairs to find Ben cleaning the sitting room and Tracy busy in the kitchen. Chloe was assisting Tracy in the kitchen too, though she wasn't doing much but keeping her company.

He was so happy to see his children doing the house chores without anyone giving a helping hand, meanwhile he was so sure that they would make a good family without a woman.
