A short while later they walked down a small corridor and Siara open up a door.
It revealed a small room, with a bunk bed and a sink on the side, a small mirror hung on the wall and that was about it.
“Will I be bunking with someone?” Dalis asked looking at the bunk.
“No, most of the rooms here are empty, it’s all yours,” she said standing at the door.
“Before I go do you have any ideas for what you want in your made up story you’re going to tell everyone about how you survived?” she asked, it was a necessary lie they were going to have to tell.
Dalis shrugged, “I have no idea, but it just has to show that I’m smart,” he said stroking his chin with a thoughtful look.

It was then that something occurred to him a concern that he had been holding on to for fear of it making Raylin act. If he could have helped it he would have never asked the question bubbling in his mind, but as was often the case for Dalis his body didn’t always do as he commanded and sometimes blurted out things he wished he never said. His eye twitched and his head jerked before finally his mouth ran off by itself, “You… being trapped in here, are you not angry that I’m the one in control?” he blurted out while wincing. ‘By Kaizel’s name why?’ he cried to himself. Raylin looked away and nodded ever so slightly, “I suppose that it would only be natural that I felt that way, after all, if we compare power, knowledge of the world and experience… the list goes on, it all shows that I am the much more suitable candidate to be in control,” Raylin said clenching one of his mighty fists.
