Leon probed his chin as he thought that. Both Phil and Kelt were still staring at him in disbelief and questioning gazes. He once again ignores those stares. There's nothing he could do about their doubt after all. He then shrugs his shoulder in response to their stares.

"it's up to you Kelt... just so you know...I already got the proof and we are not the only ones who know about this... if anything happens here... the others will respond accordingly... i give you five minutes to answer me...if you didn't..."

Leon dragged his words for a moment before speaking up again as his eyes closed and his body which lean towards Kelt at some point lean back again while his hand was on the couch armrest.

"you will be punished according to this house rule...which you already know what that means, right?"

There's only a single meaning when he says that.
