Chapter 156: Conflicted hearts
The sky was still darkened half and the sun is still not emerging from its deep sleep. Cold wind blows from the east and flowers dance in its wake.

I was sitting on the wooden fence waiting on the sunrise. Holding my sword and deep in thought.

Glancing at my sword I look at my own reflection again. Seeing myself I could tell that I’ve changed. I didn’t know if it is for the better or worst.

Those innocent eyes I have dreaming to become a hero were gone. Replaced by something unknown.

Being a hero…

This is a title I always wanted since I was a kid. Inspired by heroes' stories and later on, I find out they are called players. I always think they are cool and awesome. People fight for the sake of others. Don’t get me wrong, I do like fighting for others, especially for the people I care about. Dia, Falfa, my friends, and Eden city.

Deep inside my chest.

What is this feeling? This feeling of something is missing or taken away.
