Short story 7: Sing for my dream (Part 2)

“I’m sorry.”

Yui uttered with a depressing tone.

“Why don’t you try writing lyrics that are easier to understand?”

I was thinking that her rock music with repeating lyrics is the problem. If she tackles something new she might find something for her.

“But I’ve been performing this way for so long now, I wouldn't understand what’s easy to understand…”

I put my finger on my chin and take deep thinking about her problem. Everyone does the same thing to save this poor musician.

Looking at her she indeed has a passion for what she’s doing. If she doesn’t she will never gonna last this long.

Chloe’s eyes gleam and then said her great idea.

“Since we have many people here, let's have everyone write some lyrics!”

That’s certainly a great idea, but I have never written something before. I wonder if I can do something decent. But still, I need to try and find out. I must help Yui.
