Then suddenly, when Vanessa was appraising, as she sent her power into the runestones, there was a foreboding feeling in her heart. 

 

As she sensed something was off in her hand, it was too late as the magma red rune stone burned in crimson flames. 

Then there was a chain reaction from the rest of the runestones as they unleashed their elemental powers.

 

"Ouch!"

 

Vanessa dropped the rune stones as a burn mark and numbness spread from her palm.

She didn't think that such small things would have so much power in them. 

She thought that if all of these hundreds of rune stones exploded, it wouldn't be surprising if they were annihilated, because this runestone, when combined, equals the full might of a peak monarch's strength.

 

Vanessa was still
