110- Elemental Affinity When I opened my eyes, I realized that I have been meditating for only 2 hours and once again I was shocked. 2 hours? What is this concept? I clearly remember that it took me 5 days for awakening the ‘1st Chakra’ and that was just considered a good speed from others' point of view.
