Missed

Three months later.

Felix stood at the entrance to the village in his formal attire. He noticed one by one the almost completed houses in front of them. The view was very different from what he had seen before.

This place looked much more lively and comfortable.

Owen had just come out of the makeshift tent to make coffee with his eyes still hard to open. But, when his gaze accidentally fell on the village entrance, his sleepiness instantly disappeared. He rushed to Felix and asked, "Mr. Felix, why are you here so early in the morning? Is there something we need to do? Oh, wait, where's Emmett? You should have just told him to come here. No need to bother you."

"No, I didn't. I don't have any orders," Felix replied, giving Owen a glance and returning his attention to the buildings in front of him. "I just want to make sure that everything goes according to plan without any obstacles."
