A month had passed since the battle with the Crimson Lord. Though the confusion Rollo had caused made it difficult for Drake to fit in, he still did his best to help around the village. The reason being that they'd lost four Hunters recently which was quite the problem for such a small village.

Drake wanted to leave as soon as possible but he felt a sense of guilt that tied him there. He had to at least repay the favors he owed them before setting out.

One of the things he had done was helping Harald level up. The two of them went around hunting with Drake giving up all of his Souls to speed up the process, only stopping once Harald's Silverback had reached level 30.

Drake donated most of his earnings from the hunts as well, only keeping the bare minimum he needed for his trip. He hoped that would be enough to make up for what the village had lost as well as help fill the gap he would eventually create.
