Once they regained their courage the hunt proceeded like any other despite death being far closer than usual. Thanks to it's size the dragon wasn't too fast which left the Hunters with enough of an opening to dodge when necessary. That said, their arracks weren't doing much. The scales covering the beast were too hard and the hide beneath them was thick as well.
