That morning, when she was leaving, Eden did not find the arrival of the three men who were her servants. He smiled slightly, imagining Jack's fate now because of what he had done.

Eden is not a wrong person, but he is also not someone who readily accepts what other people do to him. He only retaliated against them for their mistakes, and if he were innocent, then Eden would not have retaliated against him either.

"Let's just leave now; I want to see if they come to the university."

Jem nodded obediently and immediately drove the car out of the yard. He took the vehicle to the university. He had no intention of waiting because he knew that they would not come after the trouble that had occurred.

Whatever it is, they won't come to the university because they have to deal with this problem. The chances of them coming are heavy because, after all, they are dealing with the issues they caused 'by their intermediaries.' He was already helping them to make the problem even more difficult.
