Elmo dropped the file back down and called Stuart.

"Come into my office." He said as he hung up the call, and in the next minutes, Stuart came.

" Young master, you summoned me?"

" When will the tender contract announcement be announced?" He inquired.

"It is expected to be announced tonight, but we are still awaiting your signature on the contract to determine the most suitable candidate," Stuart said earnestly.

Elmo furrowed his brow as his expression remained concealed, he inquired, "Who do you believe should be awarded the tender contract?"

Stuart didn't detect any peculiar expression from him, so he responded earnestly. "It should be the light works company, given their track record and expertise, they appear to be the most capable and appropriate company for the tender contract.

"Which family controls the light work company?" Elmo asked, feigning ignorance about the company's ownership.

Stuart tilted his head and arched his eyebrow, curious about why his master had suddenly become
