Elmo Brown was riding his tricycle to reach the mansion where he has been working as a sweeper. He was doing this job to help his wife Kiara. She is a new actress and doesn't earn much. 

All what he has been doing has only been for him and his wife. He had been working hard and just so he could make his wife Kiara and mother in law satisfied and happy..

Aside from the fact that he cleans people's houses, he also works as an errand boy for the wealthy and he did all this just to meet his means.

He walked to the mansion entrance and saw the house chef who was about to enter the house.

"Good day Miss." Elmo greeted just to have the attention of the house chef and when she turned to him, she just looked at him with a disgusted face. 

"How many times do I have to tell you to wear proper dress and have a bath?" She sneered. Her facial expression changed as though she would vomit if she stayed more. 

"Miss, I'm here to clean the house…I was informed by the agent that this house needs a house help who will clean the house so I'm here." Elmo replied with a low head. 

"okay. Go and clean there. And don't you dare to touch anything," She pointed to her left hand room and rolled her eyes. As Elmo took a step, she stopped him in the way. 

"And don't you dare to disturb the boss in his room because he has a visitor so you can go in and clean up the house. I won't be following you inside because I have to go get something down the street." The house cook said, scrunching her nose, as she left Elmo standing.

Seeing the house cook has left, Elmo quickly entered the large mansion and began cleaning the house.

As he was mopping the white tiles, faint moaning started coming from upstairs. The moan was full of pleasure. A frown came on Elmo's face as he felt somehow disturbed hearing the sound, the moan made him not able to concentrate on the work.

After he was done mopping the floor, he walked upstairs to mop the staircase and then he saw the door slightly opened. The moan grew louder with every step he took towards the door.

"Shh! Ahh!"

Due to the loud moaning, he couldn't help but peep a little and then what he saw made his heart feel uneasy.

He saw a man on top of a woman

He wasn't uneasy because of what he saw but he was anxious because the woman moaning sounds just like his wife.

His troubled heart ached a little seeing this..

"What is happening?" His mind was filled with question and doubt as he was hoping it wasn't what he was thinking. His heart thumped faster as he was about to open the door wide. Without wasting time he opened the door.

"God!"

A devastating emotion masks his face. His worst nightmare was confirmed. On the bed was Kiara naked with her leg spread widely and the man in between, moving up and down.

To Elmo's dismay, the man turned out to be a man of about 40 years. That man has always been rumored to be having an affair with his wife for a long time but he chose to ignore it because of his blinded love.

The smell of sex linger around the room as they both keep clasping their bodies together, oblivious to the fact that he is standing there.

As he stared, tears began to drop right on his cheek. All the emotions he was feeling now hold a mixture of pain, sadness and rage. He squeezed his hand tightly as he was trying to hold back the rage that looks as though it will burst out soon. His mind told him to leave that place but his leg refused as he stood rooted to the spot.

Seconds past and when Elmo couldn't take it anymore, he stepped forward and shouted her name.

"Kiara!" He yelled in a loud voice.

The sound of his voice broke the pleasure sound coming from Kiara and she raised her head up to see the sadness in Elmo's eyes.

Kiara was shocked to see Elmo at the door and without thinking twice, she pushed the man away from her body and quickly covered her body with the duvet.

"Elmo-" 

Before she could complete her word, Elmo left the room.

When he got back to the Lara mansion, he could see his mother in law Camillia ready to shout at him for leaving the mansion without her permission.

"Useless, impoverished son-in-law! Where are you coming from?" She asked with a furious look.

"How dare you leave this mansion without you this dog informing me? Haven't I always told you poor man to always ask for my consent before leaving this house to work? What a piece of thrash!" She yelled furiously but none of her words were heard by Elmo as he was lost in his thoughts.

"You this useless dog I am talking to you, look at me right this minute!" She raised her voice even more but still got no response from Elmo.

Just as when she was about to slap him, Kiara finally came in.

"Kiara, how was your outing?" Camilla asked with a smile.

"It was fine." Kiara gives a glance at Elmo shortly before removing her eyes.

"Elmo I am-" 

Camilla quickly interrupted her. "Why do you want to talk to Elmo when I am sure you must be tired already."

"Mom please let me talk to him in peace."

"Kiara just tell me, why did you do that to me?" Elmo asked, finally disrupting the conversation between the mother and daughter duo.

"I can explain, Elmo." 

"Kiara, what are you explaining to this poor thing?" Camilla asked, looking confused.

"Mom, Elmo saw me and Mr. Henry in the hotel room and I really want to tell him sorry for that." Kiara said.

Elmo was already running mad inside as he couldn't believe that after catching his wife in such an illicit act, she could still speak calmly as though it was nothing wrong.

"Kiara, can you just hear yourself? How shameless can you be after being caught. Huh?"

"Fine you caught me, I am sorry."

"Fuck your stupid apology! Am I really just a thrash that you could apologize to after all you have done?"

"Stop fretting Elmo! That man you called worthless is among the top ten directors in the country; he is Mr Henry and he is willing to make me one of the best actresses in the country!" Kiara yelled loudly.

"You cheated on me and you're telling me not to fret out? How could you?! After all I have done for you, after I have given my heart, soul and body to you, all you could say is that I shouldn't fret out?"

"Just shut your filthy mouth! Can you even listen to yourself, you are proud to say you gave me your heart, body and soul! All my co actresses tell me how their husbands always take them on a trip to Mexico, Paris and different countries in the world but where have you ever taken me to? you are just a poor cleaner."

"Stop it Kiara! You are my wife and I'm your husband. You shouldn't be saying all these bad words to me." Elmo muttered looking hurt.

You shouldn't be called a husband because you don't act as one. I'm ashamed to even tell them that you do buy me an upcoming actress, nothing more than a $300 necklace or bracelet!" Kiara ranted as she ruffled her hair in annoyance.

"Wait a minute, isn't a 500 dollar necklace or bracelet something. Do you really feel so ashamed to tell your friends that I got you something for 500 dollars?" Elmo asked with disbelief filled in his eyes.

"Yes, yes I am always ashamed of whatever you get me! That man wants to make me a superstar! As of last month, he bought me a necklace worth over $20,000 which I am sure you won't be able to earn even if you work your whole miserable life!"

"Okay fine, he promised to make you a superstar but that doesn't mean you will warm his bed up!" Elmo shouted angrily.

"Listen, I can do anything I want with any man and you can't do a thing because you are just a poor man. He will help me to become top 1 actress in Hollywood. In fact you know what, I am fed up with this intricate marriage that my grandfather forced me into and I feel the best thing for us is to.." Before she could complete her word, Elmo stopped her.

He feared that Kiara was about to say something that would shatter him completely.

"What were you about saying?" .

"I need a divorce!!!"
