Just Ignore Me

"You?" Elvano immediately corrected his sitting position.

"Sorry to bother you sir. I just want to take this," he said quickly as he arranged the dirty plates and glasses onto the tray.

"Please! Just ignore me!" Elvano added.

"Then I'll excuse you sir," he excused himself.

Elvano smiled faintly then lay back down his body while closing his eyes.

Carlina kept seeing that Elvano was friendly to everyone, including female servants. He really didn't like it, especially since the status of this house was an employer.

"It looks like the maid wants to tease Tian? Just be careful, I won't hesitate to give a calculation," he said annoyed.

Until late at night Elvano did not return to the room which made him even more angry. Carlina decided to go down but Jefry prevented her from looking for Elvano.

"Where are you going?" asked Jeffry coldly.

"Move aside sis, I want to find my husband!" indifferent speech.

"Listen, divorce that slum man and marry Alvrin. Try opening your eyes Carlina, the man you brought is nothing," said Jefry trying to poison Carlina's brain.

"Until whenever I don't want sis. Tian is a good man, it's just that his fate is not as good as Alvrin's," Carlina replied firmly.

Elvano happened to be going in because the weather outside was so cold but his ears overheard what Carlina said.

"Even though we don't have a relationship, Carlina defended me to that extent," thought Elvano.

"This afternoon Alvrin came to the office, he will not hesitate to destroy Carlina's company if you don't want to marry him," said Jefry.

"Did you believe what he said? Even though their former CEO was kicked out before, Alvrins has not been appointed until now, sis. Why? Young master Elvano is currently a fugitive because the company's original stamp is with him." The sound of broken decorative glass startled Carlina and Jefry.

"Who is there?!" shouted Jeffry.

"Sorry, I can't see this thing because it's too clear," lied Elvano.

"You again! Not a day without annoying annoying." Jeffry immediately left the living room.

Carlina looked Elvano up and down, the man who claimed to be her current husband looked pitiful.

"I can't imagine that this man is really my husband," thought Carlina and then went upstairs without saying anything to Elvano.

"Thank you," Elvano replied as he walked into the bathroom.

"Why is he so annoying," Carlina snorted.

Carlina immediately got on the bed, she grabbed her laptop because she had so much work to do for the past few days.

"What the hell?! Stocks are falling?" shrieked Carlina.

Incidentally Elvano came out with wet hair until Carlina's anger subsided because she was lulled to see that clean face and well-built body plastered in front of her.

Elvano knew that Carlina was fascinated by his athletic body, so he realized that he should not have shown this in front of the woman who had hired him.

"You stupid Elvano! Don't let your identity be exposed?!" he screamed.

Carlina turned her face to focus back on staring at her laptop screen full of numbers making her head dizzy.

Elvano did not come to dinner because Simon's grandfather and Carlina's grandmother decided to stay in the room because of poor health.

To avoid a hungry stomach, Elvano closed his eyes and prayed that this night would pass quickly.

"This woman doesn't even want to ask if I've had dinner or not? If it's like this every day an illness comes," she said to herself.

Okay, I'm down," he said quickly.

Carlina stared, in an instant Elvano was no longer in front of her, suddenly she laughed out loud, feeling funny about her contract man.

"There's always something funny," he laughs.

Elvano returned with a lot of food until Carlina choked until drinking water spurted out of her mouth.

"Are you all right?" asked Elvano panicked then put the tray on the sofa table.

"You want to make me fat huh?" accused Carlina.

"No, I want to eat too," Elvano replied.

Carlina cleared her throat feeling embarrassed then she got out of bed because her stomach was really hungry.

"What food is this?" she asked.

"Poached potatoes combined with vegetables that have been given a special seasoning," Elvano replied.

"What food is this? Am I a buffalo eating vegetables?" shrieked Carlina.

"Poached potatoes are for me and these vegetables are for you because they are suitable for the skin so it is fresh in the morning," said Elvano.

"Okay, I eat." Carlina tasted the vegetables to cover her flushed face.

Elvano didn't care about his thoughts, there was only one thing to fill his already rumbling stomach. Carlina looked at Elvano who was enjoying plain boiled potatoes without any mixture.

"Is it good to just eat that?" she asked.

"Yes, will you?" Elvano offered.

"I don't want you to think before offering that to me!" Carlina snapped.

"Sorry," Elvano whispered.

"Take all this food away!" Carlina ordered.

"But why?" asked Elvano surprised.

Carlina no longer had an appetite for food and went straight out of the room to breathe fresh air.

Elvano looked at Carlina's leftover plates, his heart ached because this much food could fill him up all night.

"Instead of wasting it, I'd better spend it," thought Elvano.

Elvano headed to the kitchen to set aside food which he thought was still clean even though he used to overdo it but never threw food away.

"If only Andre were here, he would be happy to finish all this food," chuckled Elvano.

It was already one o'clock in the morning. Elvano could not close his eyes because his digestion was not good. The amount of food that entered his stomach made his stomach hurt.

"Oh, I'm dying," he said unconsciously but his tone was low.

Elvano glanced at Carlina sleeping so soundly that it made her jealous until finally, inevitably, Elvano stood up to relieve the pain in his stomach and chose to walk in place.

Carlina was disturbed by the sound of benevolence groaning against the pain in her stomach, she was surprised to immediately turn on the light. Elvano's face looked pale and lots of sweat covered his face.

"What happened?" asked Carlina panicked.

"I'm fine, it's just hard to sleep," lied Elvano.

"Are you sure? You're sweating profusely?" she asked.

This time he paid too much attention to Elvano even though he had never been like this to any man. Alvrin, an ambitious man who is mad at women, still doesn't care, but he is different from Elvano.

"I want to go out first because the temperature seems high," Elvano reasoned.

"What? I feel cold instead?" Carlina said.

Until something that shouldn't have happened embarrassed Elvano for the rest of his life.
