His sister had been sick since she was little and their parents were not rich enough to afford the operation. After they had passed away in the ghastly accident, the task of taking care of her had fallen upon him. Her condition had gotten worse and she had been hospitalized. Because he couldn't afford the money for a full treatment, the hospital could only help give just a minimal treatment. Also, he had no other choice but to work overtime most times just to be able to make ends meet. "You'll be fine, Kayla." Aiden consoled, looking at his sister. It seemed like he was going to have to die because he didn't know what to do next. After that, he was a little bit helpless and had no idea what to do next. "Hello, who's this?" A hoarse voice came from the other end of the phone.
