Kages: The Elven Bandits

Third (Main) POV:

Most of the peculiars that populated the vicinity got struck by the blasts of energy that were coming from the sky.

Their numbers were decreasing and only some of the remaining peculiars that evaded the attack were the only ones that survived.

"It's the Kages," said Raven.

"Kage-who?" asked Carter in a curious way while they were hiding behind a large tree trunk.

"Remember the first time I saved you from the giant boulder that was about to hit you?" Raven remembers how Carter first and he met.

"Oh, curse them! They destroyed the portal, which was the only way for me to get home." Carter answered.

The Kages invaded the village. They were looking for something, but they saw and chased me." Raven kept speaking.

"Why were they" Krystelle had to ask, but energy explosions interrupted their small conversation and struck them.

It detonated them like TNT, and t
