Third POV: Ricky and Sandra

Meanwhile, while Carter is still recovering from his illness, Ricky and Sandra are in the hands of shadow creatures.

They were secretly kidnapped by these anonymous entities for their wicked schemes. It was a gray, dreary morning. Not much sunlight was passing through the darkroom.

They were jailed in a foul prison and their hands were cuffed and chained behind the rusty steel bars. The harness strap was bothering their chained feet as well.

The furtive abduction of these malicious beings had enervated the very hearts of the siblings. Sandra wrung her hands piteously together, looking like a soul in torment, but it was impractical and useless.
